'Select Views' not showing up in MM01

Hi all,

While using MM01 no Select Views show up to select which views I actually want to create. It goes directly into creating the views that are relevant to that material type.  I believe this is something user specific as it works with other users in the same system so cant be customizing issue. Any idea in which direction I should look? Is this a authorization issue? Thank you.
