finding saplb in 7.31 version SP6

Hi Experts

How can we find the below parameter  for the EP 7.31 SP6 version using the code.

Ex :  I need to find the value of saplb_*=(J2EE2733700)2733750 in 7.31.

Please let me know how we can find the loadbalancer Id in the above version.
