I would like to customize a Request for Change procedure which will allow all the required fields to be populated at User Status "CREATED" and allow approval assignment block to set the "approved" selection dropdown.
The Editable section for all the required fields has been customised and can be updated accordingly, but I am getting the following message "Process status does not allow changing approval step status" when I select the "approved" drop down selection in the approval assignment block.
The idea is to allow User Status to put in all required fields, set the approved selection and send the change document to "Approved" user status.
Anyone has done this before? appreciate some pointers here....
