/nSMICM transaction then click menu 'Goto / Services'.

As mentioned earlier please post the screenshot of SMICM --> service.

Is there any time-out addition setting to 60 second.

icm/conn_timeout;

icm/keep_alive_timeout;

If any of the above parameter is set to 60 change it as you are getting time out after 60 sec as per the below message.

Error: -5 Version: 7000 Component: ICM Date/Time: Thu Sep 12 10:07:12 2013 Module: icxxthr.c Line: 2698 Server: SOLMAN_SMP_45 Error Tag: {-} Detail: Connection to partner timed out after 60s

What is the value of this parameter .

icm/server_port_0 = PROT=HTTP,PORT= 80XX

Set it to some thing like this

1. Open SAP GUI,
2. Run RZ10 transaction,
3. Enter the parameter: icm/server_port_0  and set the value to: PROT=HTTP,PORT=XXXX,TIMEOUT=600,PROCTIMEOUT=600
4. Save the modifications,
5. Restart ICM instance.

For parameter PORT=XXXX, it is possible to check the port used as follows:
run /nSMICM transaction then click menu 'Goto / Services'.
