It works in that way only .

Schedule to their inbox and Enterprise , In Launchpad ->New ->Hyperlink  write opendoc syntax to read the latest instance of the report.

http://server:port/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?sDocName=Name&sInstance=User

So the workaround is to used sInstance=Last###and schedule the

instance to default enterprise also
