You may have already found the solution, and the suspicion you and Edy have made help me to overcome the same issue which I faced.
If your assembly name contains ‘dots’ (.) in the middle, B1 studio will create the ‘.b1s’ file only using the phase of assembly name up to the first Dot. That’s will happen each time you compile. So you need to change the ‘.b1s’ file name manually to be the same as your assembly name after the compilation.
And you have to include the renamed file to the installer as well.
