Message Processor is not limited to the ones at the Support Team (Problem Transaction Type)

Hello experts, do you know which one could be the cause, that when I am creating a Problem, if I put a Support team, it doesn't bring me only the message processors who belong to that ST, like the behavior when I create an Incident?
