Dear Experts,
I created a work ticket in ECC with a service product (with product type Service) and another product of type 'Part Technician'.
When I saved the request, finished work and released to ERP - I get the error 'Enter technician for the Item'. I have already assigned a technician to the work ticket and I do not see any technician field at the item level. Where do I assign the technician to the item to get rid of the error?
