Delete Leave request still active

Hi All ,

Scenario

1. User has applied for a leave on 4th Dec.

2. Deleted the leave before it has been approved by the manager.

Issue

1. After the leave has been deleted by the user the workflow is still pending in the UWL list of the approver as it is not complete.

2. PTREQ_HEADER table is inserted with the 'WITHDRAWN' status.

I have checked ST22 but there is no dump in the system. but when the user is trying to execute the pending workitem from the UWL an error occurs with index 0.

This is a production issue and occured for the first time, what will be the reason for it ?
