Imran,
As Adithya said, can you check whether the changes are captured in TR as well. Working fine in DEV system is different from getting captured into QA systems.
To check whether the TR has your changes captured,
#1 Go to SE10, find your TR CD***, make sure that this is in your user name,
#2 Keep your mouse pointer over the transport name, press F7 you could see the 'objects' captured into the TR,
#3 Cross verify whether the activity/actions you performed which would be moving to quality system mentioned in here,
#4 If the object name is present you can move them forward and it definitely should proceed to further systems.
You could also provide the screenshot for better clarification so that we might be addressing them precisely.
