Query to extract item cost for specific date

Hi experts,

Is there an available query which i can extract the item cost of all the items in a specified warehouse  for a specified posting date? Example: the current item cost of ITEM A = 100 but as of October 31st, the item cost was 90, so in the query, it should extract 90 instead of 100 if the date parameter is set to October 31st. Is this possible?
