You can using

Loop at gt_status into wa_status where guid = gs_order_head-guid

                                                  and user_stat_proc = 'ZSOSTH'

                                                  and txt30 = 'Open'

                                                  and active = 'X' and .and . and..

    Append wa_status into itab. "(destination internal table with you wanted status).

Endloop.
