• If data is in PSA, then you can load Go to Datasource --> Right click manage --- >

       Select the particular request which you want -> Below you have the option

       like "update with scheduler " -> then it will show the info package

       click start the load -> then it will ask the date and time -> continue .

       Then the will load the data to target from PSA.

• In case of  3.5 flow if you want to load data from one data target  to another data target with BW system then go for export datasource. Generated export datasource you can find prefix with 8. Later you can create update rule and infopackage for loading to next target.
