Zebra ZM400 SAPScript barcode and text too big for label

Hello Team,

We are having Zebra ZM400 label printer in SAP.
On Zebra Z4M printer the text and barcode fit on the label.

When printing the label with same script on ZM400 200dpi or 300 dpi the
text and barcode are too big to fit.

Have tried various SAP drivers always same result. When printing with
SAP Frontend (default Zebra installed on Windows 7) same result as with
SAP drivers.
Setting the width and height off the label within the printer settings
(windows) or in the SAPscript there is no effect. Even when selecting
for inverted image (180 degrees) in printer preferences(windows) there
is no change.

The whole image is 20% larger then it should. Tried to install 200 and
300 dpi driver (sap and windows) but didnt help.

​we have a mismatch in the printer resolution between the
printers used in ID-Testing and our printer for Packaging Analytics. ID testing has
300 dpi printers, but our one only has 200 dpi.

It seams to me like that the labels in SAP
are configured for a 300 dpi printout, but as our printer only has 200
dpi, the labels look magnified

Any suggestion on how to fix this?
