If your form has feeder class, then go to respective feeder class and check IF_FPM_GUIBB_FORM~GET_DATA( ) method.In that method you have changing parameter CT_FIELD_USAGE TYPE FPMGB_T_FIELDUSAGE. In that you have parameter called read_only.You can set the read_only= X.
