With regard to your question on OSMON, I think you'll need to provide some more details. When you say it's "not able to find all of the data" what do you mean? Does it not fill all of the fields that you want into your JSON response, or are there some missing records? If there are missing records, how do you know they're missing?
With regard to your question on SELECT * FROM TF_CPU_ALL, I believe the table you're looking for is not TF_CPU_ALL but just CPU_ALL. So try your SELECT as "SELECT * FROM CPU_ALL" and see if that gets you moving.
It is puzzling to me that you've created an entity set based on the function module but you aren't using that function module to get the data you want. Perhaps you can post some code to see what you're trying to do and we can help you along.
