But you want clear the material from production storage bin. So you actually want enter a wrong quantity in a physical inventory to make this bin empty. Would making wrong entries be the right approach for a standard situation that can happen everyday?

Do you really not know how to move stock from one bin to another bin? Compare to school, I would say this is entry stuff for first graders.
A TO is the usual document to instruct a warehouse worker to move material from A to B, LT01 with movement 999.
