But still one main point I am not clear:

If we use Production Variant in Make-to-Stock, what is the logic to update the CK40N price in the material master ? (We are using only 3 or 4 FG material codes).

In the Make-to-order with variant config, we do not update the price in the material master. The costing is done at the Sales Order level. Material Master price is always blank..
