I've been attempting to help out our benefits BA in getting the Beneficiary Enrollment: Change you beneficiary designations application to work. It appears we have all the proper configuration and master data set up for our test user, however the link won't appear in ESS.
My guess is the BEN_EVENT app. parameter is what is the cause, but I can't figure out why. The user has an IT0378 adjustment reason BENF with valid dates that we've set up to allow someone to do this, but I'm at a loss on what the HRESS_A_BENEFITS_ENROLLMENT application is looking for. Any help is greatly appreciated.
