A text item doesn't have an internal material number. MIGO can only be used on material numbers. In PM, we often use text items as place holders for items that we know we need to replace but haven't yet gone through sufficient procurement components to define the new material yet. Later, we will turn the text item into a true material line before we begin MIGO.
