Dear all,
We are using service orders with type ZSM2 (copy of SM02 - Service Order with Revenue) (No repair sales order is created in this case).
Settlement profile Z80E (copy of 80E) with Default object type is PSG is assigned to it.
In tcode OIOF - "Calculation Parameters for MaintOrders" for order type ZSM2, Results Analysis Key was originally put as – 000004.
While doing settlement of service order, we were getting error "There are no accrued amounts; settlement is not possible.".
After we made Result Analysis Key blank in OIOF for order type ZSM2, we are able to do settlement of newly created Sevice Order (that are created after change in OIOF).
But old service orders that are created before change in RA Key in OIOF are still giving same error "There are no accrued amounts; settlement is not possible.".
It would be highly appreciated if you can suggest what change/s are required to do the settlement.
