Hi,

Please check the following:

1. Deduction rules for absence quotas -V_556R_B
2. Counting Rule -T556C
3. Assigning the counting/quota deduction to Absence type(respective) -V_554S_Q

The appropriate absence types and quotas to be assigned to the respective the rules.

Please check this, hope it may solve the issue.
