I have a scenario in front of me, request your support in order to solve the query.
I need to compensate employees for their remaining absence in absence quotas.
scenario is , there are 2 types of employee group. one is A , another one is B.
For Group A it should be ( Basic Pay + Monthly allowance )
For Group B it should be (Basic Pay + Shift allowance)
can you please help me in providing clear steps in configuring.
Also please explain me the relationship between the absence quotas and the time quota compensation infotype. Please explain some feature and configuration for IT 0416.
