Hi Experts,
We have created standard sales order for 1575 Quantity and then created outbound delivery and shipped full quantity of 1575.
When we try to create billing for above delivery it throws an error as “packing status is incomplete in the delivery to create the invoice”
So again we checked the system but packing (HU) happened only for 1500 Quantity out of 1575.
Now the issue may be resolved by adding the 75 quantity to the delivery which makes packing status complete and allow creating the Invoice.
My question is how to make packing status complete so that I can create billing
