Check the importing paramter IM_WORKITEM_CONTEXT of method EVENT_RAISED. This parameter is of type interface IF_WAPI_WORKITEM_CONTEXT. There is one method GET_DECISION_ALTS in this interface which returns the decision option selected by user.. Try to use it. You need bit knowledge of OO ABAP for this.
