Hello all,
When installing an addon, the B1 client passes to its installer the path to AddOnInstallAPI.dll so that it can call the API's functions. But during uninstall, the installer is not provided with a path to this DLL yet is required to call EndUninstall() upon completion. According to the SDK Installer sample number 14, no special preparations like setting the current directory to the DLL's location or calling WINAPI's SetDllDirectory() are necessary for the call to work.
Does anyone happen to know why the DLL path is required during install but not during uninstall?
